Shipping
As a small business based in Indonesia, we can only ship your order once a week, on selected dates, but don't worry this won't be forever! We will ship your order on May 31, 2024 for orders placed before May 30th, 2024. These will be sent to our Hubs in Jakarta or London before being delivered to your door using the shipping method of your choice.
For customers based in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, please allow 1-2 working days for your order to reach our Jakarta Hub.
For International customers, your items will shipped to our London Hub. You will receive an email when your items have arrived at our Hub alongside a tracking number. Please check your inbox for updates on your order from the courier.
Processing Orders
Your orders will be shipped on the shipment date as announced in our website.
For orders being sent to Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, your orders will be sent to our Jakarta Hub then shipped to your address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that some couriers take a few days to update this information.
For orders being sent internationally your orders will be sent to our London Hub then shipped to your address using the shipping method of your choice. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for your order to reach our London Hub from Indonesia. Once received at our London Hub, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that some couriers take a few days to update this information.

Standard shipping will only be provided for orders that weigh up to 2kg. Please note that the information provided below are approximations and may be affected by events outside of our control. For International customers, note that the below will only be applicable once your items have left our London Hub.

Failed Deliveries, Customs & Additional Charges
Failed Deliveries - In the event of a failed delivery, we understand the inconvenience it can cause and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here’s what you need to know:
Re-Delivery in some cases, we may be able to arrange a re-delivery however this is subject to the availability and policies of the courier
Additional Fees please be aware that any failed delivery due to circumstances within your control (such as incorrect address, unavailability to receive package, etc.) may be subject to additional fees for re-delivery. These fees are imposed by the courier service to cover the extra handling and transportation costs.
Customer Responsibility to avoid failed deliveries, please ensure that your shipping information is correct and up to date. Additionally, allow for availability on the day of delivery to receive your package.

Signature Required - All orders above £250 will require a signature to be delivered, please follow along with your delivery notifications to ensure your packages reach you safely.
International Orders - We currently offer international shipping via DHL & Royal Mail. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. Pedasss Atelier are not responsible for customs payment or any additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received or declined by the customer due to unpaid duties.
