As a small business in Indonesia, we are only able to ship our products on a once a week basis, on selected dates. Our next shipment date is June 10th, 2024 for orders placed prior to June 8th, 2024. Your orders will be sent to our Hubs in Jakarta or London before being delivered to your doorstep using the shipping method of your choice. You will receive an email when your items have arrived at our Hub alongside a tracking number. Please check your inbox for updates on your order from the courier.

We currently only ship to Indonesia, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Mexico and Countries within the EU.

Processing Order

For customers in Indonesia, after placing your order please allow 1-2 business days for your items to reach our Jakarta Hub. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that some couriers take a few days to update this information.

For international customers your items will be sent to our London Hub. Please note that this can take up to 5 working days. Once your order arrives in our London Hub, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that some couriers take a few days to update this information.

Standard shipping will only be provided for orders that weigh up to 2kg. Please note that the information provided below are approximations and may be affected by events outside of our control. For International Customers, these approximations will only apply as soon as your order has been accepted in our London Hub and are out for delivery.

Failed Deliveries, Customs & Additional Fees

Failed Deliveries In the event of a failed delivery, we understand the inconvenience it can cause and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here’s what you need to know:

Re-Delivery in some cases, we may be able to arrange a re-delivery however this is subject to the availability and policies of the courier

Additional Fees please be aware that any failed delivery due to circumstances within your control (such as incorrect address, unavailability to receive package, etc.) may be subject to additional fees for re-delivery. These fees are imposed by the courier service to cover the extra handling and transportation costs.

Customer Responsibility to avoid failed deliveries, please ensure that your shipping information is correct and up to date. Additionally, allow for availability on the day of delivery to receive your package.

Signature Required All orders above £250 will require a signature to be delivered, please follow along with your delivery notifications to ensure your packages reach you safely.

International Orders We currently offer international shipping via DHL & Royal Mail. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. Pedasss Atelier are not responsible for customs payment or any additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received or declined by the customer due to unpaid duties.

Import fees may vary per country, please contact your local DHL or Royal Mail representative for the best possible estimate.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, have received faulty merchandise or need to make an exchange please contact customercare@pedasssatelier.com with your full name and order number in the subject.

Exchanges & Returns

Terms

You may request a return or exchange for garments unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of receiving your purchase

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession

After 14 days, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Returns

Returns are for store credit ONLY

You are responsible to pay for your return shipping fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, shipping cost will be excluded from your store credit refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge but are not guaranteed as they are on a case by case basis and are subject to stock availability at the time of your request

All shipping for items returned/exchanged is at the customer’s cost and we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using the original packaging when sending items to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a refund will be issued.

Cancellations

All orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as they have not been shipped. To cancel an order, please email customercare@pedasssatelier.com with your full name, order number and ‘Cancellation’ in the subject line. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled - no exceptions - in such cases, we may provide discretionary store credit. Please reach out to us as soon as possible with questions regarding your order.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please be sure to track your package, we are not responsible for packages once shipped

Report package missing within 2 weeks of receiving shipping confirmation to customercare@pedassatelier.com

We are not liable for lost/stolen packages
