Fit Size down from your usual size. Draped design with side split, zipped back. NOTE Batik Tulis are made by hand and you may find slight (though almost unnoticable) differences in your garments vs our website images) This only makes each piece more special, and unique.
Philosophy Batik ("baa-tick") originated from Java and has expanded across the archipelago, and every region has its own style of Batik, with its own unique identity, motifs, its own meaning and history. Our batik is made in the city of Cirebon, one of the centers of exquisite Indonesian batik alongside Yogyakarta, Pekalongan and Surakarta.

Care

DO

Wash on gentle cycle at 30 degrees

Use a gentle detergent

Wash items with similar colors to prevent dye transfer

Hang items or lay them flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight as it could cause fading.

Iron on low heat, but we recommend a steamer if possible, to remove any wrinkles.

DON'T

Avoid bleach or other harsh chemicals as these can weaken the fabric and cause discolouration.

Avoid high heat in washing, drying and ironing as these can damage the fabric.
