Fabric 100% cotton. "Anggrek" = Orchid motif Batik made in Cirebon.
Fit True to size. Draped design with side split, zipped back. NOTE Batik Tulis are hand made so there may be slight (though almost unnoticable) differences in every garment. This only makes each piece more special, and unique.
Philosophy Batik (baa-tick) is a centuries-old art from Java, now woven into the cultural fabric of Indonesia. Each region expresses its own identity through distinct motifs and techniques.
Our pieces are made in Cirebon, a city known for its refined, hand-drawn Batik traditions.

Care

DO

Wash on gentle cycle at 30 degrees

Use a gentle detergent

Wash items with similar colors to prevent dye transfer

Hang items or lay them flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight as it could cause fading.

Iron on low heat, but we recommend a steamer if possible, to remove any wrinkles.

DON'T

Avoid bleach or other harsh chemicals as these can weaken the fabric and cause discolouration.

Avoid high heat in washing, drying and ironing as these can damage the fabric.
