FABRIC Handwoven Lurik cotton from Central Java. Made on hand-operated looms using a warp-stripe technique that's been practised since the 9th century. The cloth takes weeks. You'll feel it the moment you hold them.
FIT Relaxed through the hip, hits just below the knee. Wear them high-waisted with the waistband folded, or sit them on the hip for something easier. Size up for a fuller fit.
PATTERN Kembang Mindi — named after the Mindi flower, which locals in Yogyakarta call "the most useful plant." Every part of it, root to leaf, goes into traditional Indonesian medicine. Nothing wasted. The motif was made to inspire the wearer to be the same: reliable, useful, the person the room quietly depends on. Wear it however you like. It'll do its job either way.

Wash on gentle cycle at 30 degrees
Use a gentle detergent
Wash items with similar colors to prevent dye transfer
Hang items or lay them flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight as it could cause fading.
Iron on low heat, but we recommend a steamer if possible, to remove any wrinkles.
DON'T
Avoid bleach or other harsh chemicals as these can weaken the fabric and cause discolouration.
Avoid high heat in washing, drying and ironing as these can damage the fabric.
